Mission & Purpose
Vision
Who We Are
Football is more than a game—it is an opportunity to build character, resilience, confidence, and leadership. Girls Play Flag Football develops student-athletes holistically through teamwork, accountability, perseverance, and positive competition. Our goal is to empower girls to grow on and off the field and become leaders in their teams, schools, and communities.
Mission & Purpose
We envision a future where girls have access to positive football experiences, strong role models, meaningful relationships, and opportunities to pursue what is possible. Through flag football, athletes can build confidence, learn to overcome adversity, and develop the skills needed to create a vision for their future.
Vision
Girls Play Flag Football is dedicated to enhancing the football experience for girls while teaching lessons that extend far beyond the field. Through participation, athletes learn the value of preparation, accountability, teamwork, effort, and commitment.
Football can also open doors to opportunities beyond playing, including coaching, officiating, mentoring, sports management, broadcasting, reporting, and community leadership. GPFF helps athletes see the many ways they can stay connected to the game and make an impact.
