What We're Looking For
Officials who are reliable, confident, willing to learn, and committed to providing a safe and positive experience for athletes.
For Current Referees
Current officials should use the Staff Login for referee training, onboarding, scheduling, internal procedures, quick-reference materials, and other role-specific resources.
A separate Referee Game Day Quick Reference has been created in the Staff Login Content folder using Abigail Naylor’s before-game, during-game, and after-game responsibilities. Keep that checklist internal for active officials.
Rules & Game-Day Reference
Referees should use the same official rulebooks published on the Just Compete Rules page. Officials are responsible for reviewing the current rulebook for the sport and format they are assigned to officiate before game day.
